internet explorer text. how do you change size on a laptop

my mother accidently changed the size of the text on her laptop. now all the text is super small. how do i change it back to normal.

i know its control middle mouse button on a desktop but not on a laptop

Right click on Command Bar, Customize, Add/Remove Commands. Add TEXT SIZE. On my two laptops, the scroll wheel works as well when you hold down the CTRL key. The other thing she should do is go TOOL, Internet Options, Fonts, and select a font that is easy for her to read, such as Swiss721 HV BT.
