Internet Explorer scrolls really SLOWLY!!!!! Pls. help.

Run a spyware/adware check and a virus check. I personally think the problem is that you use Internet Explorer though.

in IE, go to Tools -> Internet Options and uncheck the smooth scrolling checkbox. see if that helps.
