Internet Explorer problems.

How do I set IE so that when I click on a link and it opens another browser it opens in in fullscreen? Also my scroll bar is real thin when it shouldnt be where do I go to make it wider again? I think I messed it up somewhere.

go to tool then internet options then click the tab all the way on the right and click restore defaults on the bottom
