Internet Explorer Permanently Freezing In Vista 5472

So I'm trying out Vista build 5472 as part of the Microsoft connect program of course, and after a while, internet explorer will just bascially freeze. When I first installed it, I ran internet explorer for several days without any problems, but after a while for some reason, when I went to open an internet explorer windows in vista, it would consume 100% of the system processor resources, and would never open. I was able to launch outlook and get up to date email, so my internet connection worked at the time.

I made a new Vista account for a Limited user, and that worked fine for a while, but within a couple of hours, I had the same problem where opening Internet explorer would just stop responding, taking 100% of cpu and not ever responding no matter how many times it was restarted. Anyone have any idea what might be going on
