Internet Explorer Issue with Encryption

I'm trying to log on to my online access to my Mastercard but the site wont let me. The website is here.. It says that the page requires a high security web browser with 128-bit encryption. Doesnt IE6 have this? And if so why wont it let me access it? Help!
