Internet explorer homepage setting greyed out!

I have recently noticed a problem with my internet explorer.I cannot change the homepage. Some site has greyed it out. Also some shortcuts keep on adding to my favorites.I delete them but I see them after a while.

I scanned my computer for virus but didn't find any.

Please let me know how I can get rid of this problem. Please advise

sounds like you have some lovely BHOs. download this, update it, and then run it. it should find a majority of them and fix most of them. http://download.com.com/3000-8022-10289035.html?tag=lst-0-1
