Internet explorer hijacked by porno site

My friends computer has been hijacked by some porno site. Everytime he runs internet explorer a porno site loads. He tries to clear the default homepage but each time the porno site registers itself. Non of the spyware softwares detect anything. What can I do?

Additionally, stop using IE.

google the porn site name or part of it with "removal" "spyware" or other such keywords. chances are you'll stumble upon other people who have this problem.
