Start by ignoring ninaholic37 as he seems to developing a habit of thread crapping.

Have you tried starting IE in 'no addons mode'?

Are you experiencing any other symptoms like odd windows/programs appearing when you start the computer? Have you tried a different browser to see if it acts oddly?

i decided to move on Firefox and it will be better for me according to top analysis on google. Thanks all try to solve it
