Internet Explorer doesnt display the whole page

I use the latest version of IE on win2k. A lot of times especially on dynamically generated websites, the browser just stops rendering the page half way. This seemed to be a problem with older ie (As documented on the microsoft site) and i tried the fix they had. It ran and said this fix is not needed for this machine. But i still have the problem. What should i do?
