Internet explorer and Outlook express gone!

I cannot seem to load internet explorer or Outlook express after my computer got infected with antivirus 360. I removed the virus, but I cant seem to load internet or mail. What can I do to reinstall them?

You might want to try a System Restore to before the system was infected, and see if that works or not. If not, try running System File Checker (log on as an Admin, and run sfc /scannow from the command prompt).

Another option is to do an in-place upgrade (a repair install) of Windows.

When you're back online, I suggest scanning the system with Secunia's free Personal Software Inspector to eliminate vulnerabilities that can leave the door open for the bad guys.

is there a way to re-install them somehow, with out a browser? Because the only browser is internet explorer on this machine and I need to somehow get internet.

Yeah, try sfc /scannow and/or the repair install of Windows, and/or the System Restore. If nothing else gets it handled, the repair-install of Windows will.
