internet explorer 7 & windows vista

On my grandma computer, when she goes to print from internet explorer, anything she prints just comes out in html code, even after a reboot, her computer still does it. I tried resetting internet explorer to it default settings, but that didnt fix the issue. She using a Lexmark 1200 series multifunction printer. removed and install latest printer drivers, that didnt fix the issue either. I was able to print just fine from firefox. any suggestions?

if you open print preview in internet explorer, it shows the webpage in html code.
