Internet Explorer 7 Save Picture Problems

Has anyone been having problems saving pictures off the internet with the latest version of Internet Explorer 7, released in March? I have just realized that EVERYTIME I right click on a picture, and pick Save Picture as...., it comes up with an error message.

Then, when I click on the help button in said error message, it tells me that it can't find the help file it needs!

Has anyone else seen this problem besides me, and if so, do you have any tips on how to correct this? Strange thing is, I could right click and Save Picture as..... a week ago, but now I can't.
 
So use firefox or opera or maxthon etc... There is a reason internet explorer is becoming less popular. It has competition from browsers that are better.

He's using a Beta version of the browser. So, it can be expected to have issues.
