Ok, so I downloaded the full blow of IE6 and installed it. Then I went on Download.com and went to download the latest version of Morpheus (so I'm a glutten for punishment). I got this message from IE6 that warned me the file I was downloading looked "suspicious". It spoke of trust and such, like this file could cause cancer or something. How do I turn this feature off in IE6? I'd like to be my own judge of how I screw up my computer.

How exactly is it preventing you from screwing up your own computer?

I get the same screen and there are the usual Open/Save/Cancel/More Info buttons in the bottom.

I think you can turn it off by going under Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level. Enable/Disable the appropriate settings or you could just try setting the security setting to Low.
