internet explorer 6 help pls ps

i have a new problem with internet explorer i have service pack 2 installed and using aol browser , everytime i open up IE it just automatically closes itself this is really annoying it does the same thing when u right click over the msn messenger icon and scroll down to the my email inbox...pls helpanybody am desperate am contemplated formating my hdd but thats teh bail out option plus i have a lot of garbage on my pc wich i wish to keep

Have you followed the stickied thread in this forum for detecting and removing spyware?

no mate i havent why do u think that it is a problem due to spyware?

i have been through the full sticky thread and it still does the same thing still keeps auto shuttign down

using aol browser

uninstall that POS immediately

download and use Firefox... just long onto AOL and then use it when you want to go on the net instead of IE

do you have CWSchredder, Spybot and AdAware and did you use them to get all the spyware off your system?
