Internet Explorer 6.0 and Win98SE problem

This is making me crazy. For the past two days, IE has been all futzed up. If I click a link that someone sends me in an email, it opens a new window but no page loads. It just hangs. If I manually cut and paste the link into the window, it then works. Same thing happens if I click on a link from within IE itself that wants to open a new window. I've cleared the cache, reset everything, removed/reinstalled IE6 and DUN, and looked at everything I can think of.

HELP!

I am running Win98SE w/Plus (not that it matters), IE6, RASPPPOE (Verizon DSL), and Zone Alarm.

The problem appears to be beyond IE itself. If I hit CTRL-F in IE for the find function, I get the following error message:

An error has occurred in this dialog.

Error: 35
Incompatible version of the RPC stub.

WTF is this?

I get the same error when I try to install the new Detonator drivers for my GeForce as well.

EDIT:

Problem fixed. I did a search on yahoo and found this.
