I am currently writing a report on web browsers and i'm wondering if any of you can help me out.

What kind of development tools (ie. scripting & programming languages) and web applications (eg. active X) are exclusive to Internet Explorer 5 and up? In other words, what is supported by IE 5+, but not by Mozilla, Opera, or Netscape.
