IE11 for W8 is only available at the moment with the W8.1 beta. 8.1 RTM is out if you have the means to get it, otherwise you're waiting until next month for the official release.

I have gone from IE10 to IE11 with Windows 7 and i am impressed by it's speed.

IE11 is blazing fast. Scrolling is the smoothest of ANY browser out there on the market, period.

FWIW, I have stability issues with IE 11 on my Win8.1 running in newest version of VirtualBox.

What about going from 9 to 10 on win7? 🙂 Windows update keeps telling me to update to 10. I dont hardly use it so meh.

I did that and started havng problems really fast, lol. But it's been maybe 3 months ago, so it's possibly fixed with all those numerous updates.
I can't see any difference in functionality between 9 and 10 at all, though.

i thought that internet explorer 11 was really good and if a very worth while upgrade from internet explorer 10.

I would Prefer I.E 11 but I.E 11 does not support all Sites so I switched to Edge
