If you install IE10 on Win7, you also have the option of enabling Enhanced Protected Mode. On 64-bit versions (which I imagine is the majority of AnandTech readers), this uses 64-bit tab processes to enhance the randomness of ASLR. The Enhanced Protected Mode checkbox is in Internet Options > Advanced tab.
If you mainly use a different browser, it's still a good idea to upgrade IE if you have it enabled at all, since some of its code could be called via, say, Office. If you don't like IE10, you should (famous last words) be able to uninstall it via Control Panel > Programs and go back to IE9.
