That's right.
Because my first Internet experiences were with GNN which came with Netscape and I'm a frequent Linux user, IE exposure for me has been far and few between.
Now I'm using XP 64-bit and I'm trying to get comfortable with just using the IE included with the OS, but I don't like how CTRL-N opens up a new browser window with the same content as the current browser.
Other browsers give you a NEW BROWSER when you CTRL-N. Is there any way I can change IE to open up a new browser with no content or, at the most, my Home Page when I hit CTRL-N?
