Internet dropping. Can anyone understand this cable modem log?

I'am having problems with my adelphia cable coinnection. It drops every couple of minutes. Sometimes it's OK for hours. Right now it's horrible.
Does anyone understand what is happening by looking at the log?
It's a Motorola Surfboard SB3100.

People have different approaches to how to deal with trouble.

Mine is to take into consideration what are the options in case I do find what the trouble is, and thus avoiding solutions that would lead to None Functional Outcome.

Assuming that your computer is connected directly to the Modem, if your Authentication method is configured correctly, then it is an issue with the Modem per-se or the connection with the ISP.

Since you do not have the manufacturer bench simulator to repair the Modem, and you are not going to pay $75 hour (or more) for technical work to repair a less then $50 unit.

Your option is.

1. Call the ISP.

2. Borrow/buy/get another Modem and see if it makes a difference.

Thank you.

Did some research and found that some of the error codes indicates a problem with the downstream itself. I am calling the ISP.

If you've added any splitters or modified *any* line in your house that runs over coax, try reversing those changes or even removing other devices from the line. TV's, cable boxes, etc. so that only the cable modem is tied into the coax lines in your home. If that makes any difference, your ISP likely has low signal levels and needs to do something on their end.

Signal levels are fine on my lines. No changes done since I got cable last year. it all started 3 weeks ago.
