Internet connections not working under Win2k?

I'm stuck here in Win '98 now using Netzero. When I'm in Win2k Netzero doesn't seem to connect (it disconnects after the ID/Password thing), and Juno does the same thing as well.

So the only option left for me is AOL, which doesn't allow me to post here 🙁

I tried reinstalling Juno to no avail..Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
