internet connection

i use a prepaid account system from home to access the internet. mainly its a dial up connection provided by the ISP. now how do without the ISP provider knowing access the internet at the same time no cash runs out of my account. i use a modem connection to use the above mentioned internet connection

The chances are it is done by phone number.
So, if you dial out from your phone line, that will automatically get logged as your account if the dial up is pointing to the ISP.
If you try from another phone number, then it may not dial out.

If you can dialup, then it is logged from your user account.
You cannot get around this I think - otherwise all the thousands of ISP's would have gone bust.

Strange post, also I don't think this really belongs in General Hardware. You really shouldn't try to scam your ISP, even if you do figure out a way to do so, I doubt you will get away with it for too long.
