I’m loyal WOWWAY customer for more an decade .About 4years ego I had problem with internet connection up and down. I call WOWWAY support, explained myself, next day it was a technician in my house, check inside and outside, and find the problem. From outside box cable connected into my house, this outside box have a water/corrosion contact damage, and technician, just simple reconnect my hose to another outside cable box. Problem solved.
Now, about 2-3 month I’m constantly facing the same problem, I’m keep calling to support, they keep sending technician to check everything inside my house-everything fine, and technician keep ordering another outside technicians (only outside technicians could touché outside cable box) I have no idea if outside technician even show up. But this problem still exists.
Anybody, any idea, how to solved this problem?
