internet connection through router

hi, i got on my pc this morning and the internet connection icon didnt show up in the bottom right hand corner, so i went to internet connections and it says the connection is dissconnected, i try to connect but it says failed, my router shows i have adsl signal.

my brother was on pc last night and he likes to install crap, i went to C: and saw a log SahAgent.log. In it i find

But i am actually connected to the internet, very strange. anyone know what the hell is going off here, currently mcafee is scanning, hopefully that will sort it out.

did ad aware search and mcafee both found the sah agent, deleted gone now. but my intnernet connection still says its dissconnected. anooying !!!!!!

please help. i dont know if it is actually that above whats done it, but it looks likely to me. thanks

Did you check your cable just in case? You have a link-light on the NIC?

my internet works . but in internet connections it says its dissconnected , but yesterday obcv when i waw connected to itnernet, the connection in internet connections says it was connected.
