Internet connection sharing with hub or switch?

I have a computer that has an ISDN modem and I want to share it with 2 other computers. Which is better/faster for doing so, a Switch or a Hub? All the articals I've read were on cable/xDSL. The ISDN modem is internal.

The type of connection you have is unrelated to whether a hub or switch is better. A switch is always better than a hub. It's simply a matter of cost. However, switches have become so popular and common recently that the price difference between a hub and a switch is pretty insignificant. There are probably more consumer switches than hubs on the market right now as hubs are slowly being phased out.

Get a switch
