Internet Connection Sharing Problems??

I have a server running Windows 2000 Pro with ICS. The server computer is connected 24/7 to a DSL line. I have 3 other computers sharing the line. I have the server hooked up to a hub and three other computers are also connected to this hub. Now my problem is, is when I go onto some sites using the 3 sharing computer, the sites don't come up, but when I use the server computer to go on the same sites the sites come up faster then the speed of light and on the sharing computers they don't come up. Besides that everything else works for example AOL Instant Messenger, FTP, ICQ, and etc. What can I do to fix this lag or this time out? Thank you in advance.

Make sure port 80 and 8080 are forwarded through the computer that is acting as the router.

There's no way of configuring that in MS ICS. Like I said some websites work and some don't. For example when I go to www.usbank.com on the server computer it comes up fine but when I go to it on the other pcs it only shows the title of the site but it doesn't load the page. It takes too long.

this problem is addressed here

We had the same problem in my apartment. Follow the instructions in the link, and it'll work great 🙂

edit: You've got to do this on the client machines, not the one that's directly hooked up to the DSL.

edit2: make sure to reboot!
