Internet Connection Sharing problem in WinXP

In the properties of my network card under the advanced card tab all that shows is IC Firewall settings, my ICS settings are missing! Anyone know how to get them back? They were there a while ago, but after many XP updates they went away... I was hoping not to reinstall XP. TIA
