Internet Connection Randomly drops

I am using the Comcast Cable service. I have my line hooked up through a wireless router. I always get random drops on my cable modem for no reason and it happens with frequency. This is a DCM201 D-Link cable modem. I have thought it was the wireless router causing these drops but I have unplugged the router and just used the cable modem at times and it STILL had drops.. anybody know the reason?
 
If it does not work well while directly connceted to the Modem, then its time to call the ISP.:shocked:
