Well guys, I'm not sure if hte problem is software side or ISP side but this has occurred as of late.

Example: Tons of seeds for a torrent (say 600) but only connecting to 10.

I auto drop the second I connect to any starcraft games, but CS Source works fine, as does Battlefield 2.
