im redoing my basement, and i want to put in a small all in one computer that will be just used for internet access, i know there where some devices like this out about a year ago and i dont remember the names im looking to spend no more than $200 and if it can do it wirelessly that would be great any suggestions .

If you only have $200:
(a) Wal-mart "lindows" PC (linux not Windows, Cyrix slugchip)
(b) used from FS/FT or refurb, probably max 350 MHz
...and add $50-75 for the wifi card or USB box.

You might be thinking about the crippled "appliance" PCs that ran some custom shell over linux and were tied to one particular (expensive) ISP, not able to use your existing connection. They're dead and gone now.
