Internet bridging out of my Laptop

I'm trying to bridge my wireless internet out of my IBM think pad to the ethernet port so I can feed another device that needs access to the internet.

When I go to network connections, I have two devices, WIRELESS and LOCAL CONNECTION.

When i right click on either and choose "Bridge Connections" I get a pop up box that says . . .

"To create a Network Bridge, you must select at least two LAN or High-Speed Internet connections that are not being used by Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)"

I don't remember enabling ICS prior to my choice of bridging!

How do I complete the bridging that I want to do with the pop-up message from above?

thanks pc
