I live in Canada and was wondering if there is a free VOIP service to call landlines overseas? (China)

yea... i remeber reading something on hot deals... but you have to put a deposit of 15 euro that's good for six month.... you can call a lot of countries for free....

been using using it forabout 3months now

rock solid, clear,and most ofmy calls are free
i have spent about 4 Euros so far.... !

Skype-out is only free to US and Canada, and it is only until 1/1/07.
