international browsing software....??

I have win 98 se US version and want to browse Korean, Chinese, and Japanese sites. Reading the sites are no prob, since US browsers come with int'l language encoding, but inputting foreign text on foreign sites is what I need. Know any free software that enables this?

Try NJ Star... their Communicator will let you read/write Japanese, Chinese and Korean...
