Internal USB Card Reader Issues

So I bought an internal card reader which has two usb inputs at the back and comes with 2 usb to 5-pin usb header adapter cables. My case comes with a front panel set of 4 usb ports which are connected to the mobo via 2 10-pin USB headers and the mobo only has two 10pin usb headers, it also has a spare 1394a and two spare SATA ports. There is also three spare PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots and 1 pci express x1 slot. what is the best way of attaching the card reader to the mobo without having to give up the use of my front usb ports?

There are some USB add-in cards that have internal connectors, one of those or a new mobo would be your only options, AFAIK
