I looked high and low for one of these, since the FPIO cable supplied with a PC case I used was neither long enough to reach the mobo header nor did it use the correct pin-out even if it could reach (and would be a PITA to modify because it was a ribbon cable).

This cable has 2 x 5-pin ends instead of 1 x 10-pin end so that you can reverse one connector for motherboards that require it. I already received the cables and they are very good quality with braided shielding in the sleeve. No blocked pins. The cable can easily be modified to fit any pin-out for 10, 9, or 8-pin headers.
