Internally, I have a female USB 3.0 port. I want to plug in a male USB 3.0 cable and extend that out to the back, to convert it into ONE female USB 3.0 port in a PCI slot.

Is there such a product?

I can't say if there is such a product. I have rarely seen actual USB ports on a motherboard. The more common ones are 19pin headers which would use this this type of bracket: http://www.amazon.com/KingWin-Bracket-Built-In-20-Pin-KW-PCI2USB3/dp/B00BTYOKXO/

I'll keep an eye out. If you need more usb 3.0 ports, I wonder if it would be cheaper and faster to just get a new pcie card, or a hub.

EDIT:
I found something simular, but it's not quite what you need... it has a usb 3.0 B type connector in the back http://www.picco.nl/catalog/product.../4568/osCsid/r2h86kb04gqq4epmpopriiibb7rnb1aq

It's extremely common on z87 boards. They often have one internal USB3.0 header for front panel stuff and another that is a female A port for Bluetooth/WiFi modules, built-in thumbdrives, etc.

Once again, these brackets are common. Performance-pcs, newegg, eBay, etc. I saw tons of them because they were easier to find than 4-port bay or expansion slot adapters that were not hubs and would connect to the front panel header. Many are fancy fan speed controllers and stuff. Many expect you to run the Male A port out the back and connect to the external ports.

There are all kinds of crazy adapters:
