i have a user who is using outlook 2k7 who's unable to send emails to two users. he's able to send emails to everyone else but these two in particular. what checks should I make to help determine the issue? I've already checked the settings on both workstations, was able to send an email from the problem workstation to the users just fine. sounds like a user profile issue, maybe corrupt address book or over large .pst?

build a new, test profile in outlook... if it's a corrupt address book or corrupt pst, that will tell ya right away.

He should check with the two users to make sure he is on their "good" list. I use a white list only, and if I do not put you on the approved sender list, you cannot send me an email. It is really wonderful . . . zero spam!

What do you mean when you say he is "unable" to send to two people -- what are the symptoms? Is Outlook returning an error or does he get NDRs from the receiving system or...?
