Internal fan connectors...?

After installing the ATI Silencer 4 for my X800 I realized that it still makes a horrible clicking noise when running less than 100%. I want to buy a fan controller for it and my other fans, but the connector on the end is smaller than the standard 3-pin fan connector. I'd prefer not to hack it... anyone know if there would be such a thing as a convertor?

I don't know about that Vid Card but there are plenty many Adapters and you could also contact ATI
