Internal Error 2502, Internal error 2503

Hello, I'm running XP professional edition and I always get the same error messages whenever I open programs like: AOL Instant Messenger, Kazaa, and Earthlink. The error message is first "internal error 2503" and then "internal error 2502." I am desperate for assistance. This topic is in relation to the one about three threads down in the technical support forum.
