I need to add more hard drives to my computer, but im out of built-in space. There is plenty of room in the case, but no more "slots" I was wondering if anyone sells a _internal_ drive cage for people like me that needs extra slots. Does such a thing exist?

You can mount them on the bottom (velcro or similar), use L brackets from the Hardware store or metal strips and many places have the addons for 2 and 3 of them.

I see wallsfd949 has had the answers ;)

I'm in a similar situation here.
From the other thread, this looks useful. A bit expensive for 2 pieces of metal with some holes in them, but useful. Anyone know where I can get one cheaper? :D

I also found this nifty thing. Also expensive for what it is, but useful.

There are brackets that let you put HDDs in your CD-ROM bays. They're really cheap too.
And now lets assume that our 5.25" bays are already full. :)

I've tried those but IMO the HD's fit so tightly together that it needs a fan to try and keep em cool. For $3 more Comp-USA has a 3 HDer kit but since I've torn into my erector set and gone to the Hardware store ;)
