Internal Clock Maximum

I was running 3d Mark 2001 and when I was looking at my detailed results it said "maximum internal clock 1.43GHZ" but I only have a 1GHZ processor. What the hell does that mean?

I believe that is the max that your CPU core is rated for (or something like that, not sure), or maybe it's the limit of your motherboard's multipler.

Well it's not my motherboards mult limit, we can X that out.
I have an Epox 8hK7A+

So... any other ideas from anyone else?
