Internal Bluetooth or USB Bluetooth for my T41?

Im either going to replace my modem inside my IBM T41 and add a modem w/built in Bluetooth for $90 or get an external USB adapter for $35ish

Think its worth it to get internal?
 
I say internal....its a pain to keep reomoving the dongle/usb type ones to pack it up in a case. Its a little extra $$$ to get the internal, but it looks cleaner!
