Hello
I have build a system based around the Gigabyte AM2 socket GA-M59SLI-S5 and got an intermittent video output problem. When the system is first powered up I get video output. But after say 5 mins use the video output will go blank and the system seems to lock up (no response from keyboard). I then reboot and the screen will remain blank. If I poweroff and power back on the video output will briefly come back but after a few mins it will go blank again.
I am not sure what is causing this. Do I have a duff video card or systemboard? Can anyone help?
This is my system spec:
Antec P150 case (with included 430W PSU)
GA-M59SLI-S5 systemboard
Gigabyte GeForce 7600GT 256MB DDR3 PCIE Dual DVI Silent Pipe 2 graphics card
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ CPU
Corsair Memory TWIN2X2048-6400C4 XMS2-6400 CL4 memory
Samsung SP2504C 250GB SATA 3.5" hard drive
Pioneer DVD+-R/RW Dual Layer 16x DVD drive
Thanks.
