OK, I have tried this computer on three connections now...the problem is acute and happens on all of them
1) It happens on my wireless on a cable connection
2) It happens plugged into a DSL connection
3) It happens plugged into a router for long range rural wireless
Why would this happen? It's the worst on the long range wireless, but that's probably because the connection sucks.
It did not happen on my old laptop which had XP Pro on any of these connections.
It is happening when I play CS:S or Lord of the rings online.
