Intergrating SP1 x64 with Vista x64 install DVD?

This is a bit of a n00bish question but I must ask it.

How do I go about intergrating the Vista x64 Service Pack 1 with Vista Ultimate x64?

I'd like yo burn off my own DVD so when I rebuild I won't have to install SP1 after the OS installs, I'd like it to be done all at once.

Thanks in advance.

Check back in that thread tomorrow...I'll complete my system backup tonight and if all goes well, be running Vista w/ SP1 integrated by tomorrow morning.

As a side note...Blu-ray burners need to come down in price. Backing up 50GB of data, 48GB of it photo's, is just too painful on DVD.

It's available for downloaded for TechNet subscribers and I tried it out last night. It was nice to only have to do about 1 minute of windows udpates after a fresh install.

The BitTorrent method (which I suspect is just someone putting the TechNet files out there) worked perfectly. Integrated is the way to go...
