Intergrating an ipod/android in a car dvd player

My wife's vehicle has a factory dvd player with screen in the back but we don't have dvds. Is there an easy way to be able to use a ipod/ipad/android with it for the video and audio?

See if you can connect a cable to the Line In I suppose? If it has a radio you could try the FM transmitters.

it's probably a lot easier to buy an aftermarket head unit - go over to crutchfield.com and enter your car's info and see what will fit.

If you have a Double DIN sized opening, you'll have a lot more choices.
