Hey im having some problems i recently reformated my hard drive and i went to install all the drivers and there are no drivers for my eithernet card the card is intergrated in wit my motherboard. i have a dell 4550 system. I ended up having to install my old Linksys eithernet card which works just the same but i would like to get my main eithernet card up and running. I also went to the dell site to download drivers and i could not find any.

You should have a Dell CD with your software that came with the system. The driver is on it. However it is hard to find. I had to go through my dell manuel to find my drivers

What OS are you running? Windows XP should plug and play. I had to full the drivers off the CD for 2000, if memory serves.

My 4500 has an Intel Pro 10/100 VE and my 2350 has a Broadcom something-or-other. Good luck.

The 4550 comes with an Intel 100 VM onboard network card. You can easily download the drivers directly from Dell or from Intel. They integrated network on the 4550 is superior to the Linksys LNE 100TX in almost every regard.

Actually it does. Windows XP SP1 pretty muched installed everything for my MSI 815EM board, which has integrated video, sound, and LAN.
