Interference from browser?

I have a gaming PC in my home theater and I use the display (plasma) for a monitor. I just started getting electrical noise through the HT speakers when starting a browser and at times, when using it. Nothing has changed as far as equipment or cables and it hasn't happened in the 10 years I've been using a set up like this. I did get an AC router about 6 months ago but this just started.
Doesn't seem to happen when using applications or gaming.
Any ideas?

I have Bluetooth connection to Stereo that require a reboot every 24 hours or video is choppy on Browser.
Same sort of mystery ailment.

Kind of perplexing, have you tried different browsers?
How about the video drivers? HDMI cable getting flaky? tried a different HDMI port on the amp?
How about the audio settings under playback devices, properties, and checking all the tabs paying particular attention to the advanced tab and the default format setting?

Just guesses but you never know.

Does it in Chrome or Opera. Haven't noticed it in IE but it's not my go to browser.
I will look into the other suggestions.
Thanks.

Local files fine. Internet for a day fine. then in Chrome and Firefox video is choppy and wa wa wa wa wa sound like slow motion.
Un and re plug on device on stereo and good to go.
