No I didn't have soda.. I had a glass of water filled with a good amount of processed white sugar (so I guess 'technically not very healthy for me'), felt pretty good after drinking it and now my teeth don't hurt anymore (from the sinusitus) and the back of my neck doesn't hurt as much either (due to sinusitus). When blood rushed to the back of my neck when getting up, I would get a massive head ache, now it's not excruciatingly Ima goanna kill a co-worker and burn down the place type of pain but instead a more 'oh, ok now I'm going to be deliver this 10lb baby now' type of pain...

Put sugar into lemon-lime seltzer, it's pretty similar to Sprite. There's a bizzare aftertaste though, not sure what the deal is...
