I thought it was an interesting article. I've seen stuff like that happen in real life - people applying for dozens or hundreds of jobs and never getting hired. Meanwhile other people are getting hired at thier first interview, etc. Makes you wonder why the first guy isn't getting hired - maybe he's not very good?
